Where can I buy your products?
ADA only supplies to the specialised traders. You can find a list of retailers under the heading “retailer”. We do not directly sale to the consumer.

Where can I find out about the prices for your furniture?
As we supply the specialised trade, we can’t directly give any price information. Please ask your retailer.

How can I take care of my piece of furniture?
Like for every material which is used daily, regular cleaning of the cover is required. As each cover is made of different fabric, different cleaning methods must be used. You can download cleaning instructions under “Service – Product information”

My purchase has a defect, who can help me?
Your contractual partner is the furniture shop from which you bought the product. Please contact their customer service department. They will be able to deal with your problem and the complaint will be dealt with as soon as possible, in cooperation with ADA.

Where do I get a catalogue for your products?
As ADA only supplies to specialised traders, there is no catalogue available for the consumer. You can see a small product overview on this homepage under the heading “Products”.
